Upgrade Clixsense Melalui Pihak Ketiga

Dalam kasus saya prosesnya memang agak lama, 2 minggu baru kelar, karena pada waktu itu akhir bulan Oktober dan ternyata ada kebijakan baru dari ClixSense dalam proses upgrade. Kalo sebelumnya upgrade bisa menggunakan PayPal dan Google Checkout, mulai November 2007 hanya bisa dilakukan dengan Google Checkout.

Saya sempat khawatir proses upgrade akan mengalami kegagalan. Ketika saya tanyakan kepada KiosPay, mereka juga baru mencari cara yang cepat dan tepat dalam merespon kebijakan baru dari ClixSense. Proses upgrade yang baru ini juga sempat menyebabkan KiosPay menutup layanan upgrade ClixSense selama beberapa hari hingga dibuka lagi mulai tanggal 9 November 2007 dengan prosedur baru.

Dengan aturan yang baru, pihak KiosPay meminta untuk mengirimkan username dan password ClixSense guna keperluan upgrade langsung dari account saya. Tanggal 7 November pihak KiosPay mengirim sms bahwa proses upgrade telah dilakukan dan saya diminta untuk mengeceknya. Saya cek ternyata belum aktif juga. Wah, semakin kehilangan semangat dan harapan dech

Saya dan juga KiosPay mencoba minta penjelasan dari ClixSense dan menurut mereka belum ada permintaan upgrade dari account saya. Maka, pihak KiosPay mengirimkan data tentang order upgrade yang dilakukan. Setelah beberapa hari, ternyata belum juga aktif. Setelah kontak ClixSense lagi, ternyata terjadi pembatalan order. Ketika saya konfirmasi ke KiosPay, mereka mengulangi order upgrade pada tanggal 14 November dan setelah saya cek, pada sore harinya langsung aktif.
